The Indonesia national football team is an association football team that represents the country of Indonesia. The team is controlled by the Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Indonesia and is a member of the Asia-Pacific Football Confederation.
Prior to their independence in 1945, they competed under the Dutch East Indies national football team where they made there only World Cup appearance in 1938 where they got eliminated by the United States
